7:00 - Lift open for course crew and setters
7:30 - Volunteer sign up in the CSA Piping Training Centre RHSC Clubhouse

Jury Inspection
Lifts open for racers

Volunteer Meetings; Course, Gates, Hand Timing
Course Open for Inspection - Morning Runs
8:45 - Entrance to Course closed for inspection
9:00 - Course Closed
9:20 - All workers, Timers and Gate Keepers in Position
9:25 - First Forerunner
9:30 - 1st AM Run Women followed immediately by 1st AM Run for Men
11:30 - Jury Inspection, PM runs
12:00 - Course Inspection - Afternoon Runs
(Approximately 1 hour after end of morning runs)
12:15 - Entrance to Course closed for inspection
12:30 - Course Closed, All workers, Timers and Gate Keepers in Position
12:40 - First Forerunner
12:45 - Afternoon runs Women followed immediately by Men
SATURDAY ONLY - 15 min after Protest Period, Team Captains Meeting in RHSC Clubhouse
SUNDAY ONLY - 15 min after Protest Period, Awards Presentations for SAT and SUN Race
