2018 North Zone (Rabbit Hill) Open
DATE - December 15 and 16, 2018
EVENT
Slalom - 2 X 2-Run Sprint (4 runs per day), Male and Female
Course setting rules as established by Alberta Alpine for the 2018/2019 season for U16 Provincial
LOCATION - Avalanche, Rabbit Hill Snow Resort, Leduc, Alberta
SANCTION - ACA and Alberta Alpine
ELIGIBILITY
Male and Female, U14, U16, U18, U21, Masters
All racers must be members in good standing with Alberta Alpine. All racers must wear approved equipment.
ENTRY FEES - $45 per racer per day (includes $5/racer levy).
LIFT TICKETS - Lift passes are an additional $26.25 incl. GST per racer per day, payable with entry fees. Two complimentary coach lift tickets per club will be provided.
PAYMENT
Race entry fees and lift ticket fees due at registration prior to the Team Captains meeting on Friday, December 14th.
We accept: cash and cheques payable to Rabbit Hill Ski Club. No credit card payment. One payment per club preferred
ENTRIES - Entries to be submitted via spreadsheet, RHO_Entry_Form.xls and email to Susan Novak, RA; novakparadis@gmail.com
ENTRY DEADLINE: - Monday, December 10, 2018, 6:00 PM. Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the ROC. No refunds after the draw.
DRAW - Computer draw at Rabbit Hill Clubhouse on Dec 14th, 2018 prior to T.C meeting.

4 Course setters per day and 2 referees per day are requested.

T.C. MEETING
Team Captains meeting will be held at 6:30 pm Dec 14th at the Rabbit Hill Clubhouse.
It is mandatory that a coach representative from each club be in attendance. Fees are payable prior to the Team Captains meeting.
RACE DAY SCHEDULE
Volunteer Check-in: 7:30 am at RHSC Clubhouse. Course Inspection: 8:30 am/12:00 pm. Race Start: 9:30 am.
RACERS are to leave their ski packs in secondary RHSC clubhouse
AWARDS
Presentation for both days, on Sunday 15 min after protest period
Awards for top 6 finishers (male and female) in U14, U16 and Open Category (U18/U21/Masters)
